Who Am I

I didn’t grow up with doctors or pharmacies. I grew up on a farm, where fresh milk, clean food and open land were our medicine. We lived simply, cleanly, and close to nature — not as a lifestyle choice, but as a way of life.
That upbringing never left me. Through decades of building businesses and navigating everything life threw at me — I still reach for natural solutions first. Today I am a certified AromaTouch Therapy practitioner, doTERRA wellness advocate, and photographer.

In 2020, my world changed completely. I faced the kind of loss that leaves you numb — the kind where ordinary mornings are never ordinary again. And then lockdown came, and the world went quiet around me too.
It was during that slow, difficult climb back to myself that essential oils found me. Not as a product. As a lifeline. Yarrow-Pom became my quiet daily ritual. Adaptiv held me on the hard days. And somewhere along the way, I found a community of like-minded people who understood.
A structure started forming around me again.
Today I am a certified AromaTouch Therapy practitioner, a doTERRA wellness advocate, a photographer, and a woman who has lived enough life to know what real wellness actually means.
It’s not perfect health. It’s finding your way back to yourself — again and again.
